Hi, I’m Ryan, founder of In Pursuit of Fatherhood. I’ve spent over 15 years coaching professional and Olympic athletes. Now, I’m also a proud dad.

Growing up without a father around left some gaps, and when I became a dad, I realized I was missing some key tools. I was determined to not make the same mistakes, but honestly, I didn’t know where to begin.

Then it clicked: I’d spent years helping athletes reach their best using proven strategies—why not use the same approach in fatherhood?

If it works for them, why not for us dads, too?
